商业办公楼建筑设计、结构设计 摘要：本毕业设计由胡尚瑜老师作为指导老师，指导学生梁睿完成此次毕业设计。 该设计是一栋钢筋混凝土框架结构的综合办公楼，建筑高度21.8m（从地面标高到主体结构檐口高度），建筑面积约5000m2，设计使用年限50年，丙类建筑，主体部分采用六层框架结构。遵循先建筑、后结构、再基础的设计过程，根据任务书和指导书的要求完成的建筑、结构设计。 建筑图包括平面图、正立面、侧立面及各详图。结构设计时紧密结合建筑设计，力求经济合理，造型美观。结构分析的重点在于框架内力及构件承载力满足要求。考虑毕业设计的特殊要求，以手算为主、电算为辅。计算书包括计算说明、结构计算书（包括楼板计算、连续次梁计算、框架计算、基础和楼梯计算）。 关键词：多层建筑；框架结构；商业办公楼。 Commercial office building design, structural design Student: Rui Liang Instructor: Hu Shangyu Abstract：The graduation Designed by Hu Shangyu teacher as instructor， students Liang Rui complete the graduation project The design is a reinforced concrete frame structure office building，building height 21.8m ( from ground level to the main structure of the eaves height )，Construction area of ??about 5000 m2，design life of 50 years，building class C ，Main part of the structure is six-story frame。First building , post-structuralism , and then based design process , according to the mission statement and instructions to complete the requirements of the building, structure design .
