摘要 本次的设计是数控螺旋刀横切机的机械设计,横切机是瓦楞纸板生产线的一个重要的环节This text is the NC spiral knife transverse cutting machine design. The transverse cutting machine is one of the most important part of the corrugated board production line. This equipment is mainly uses in the cardboard cutting ,pulls the papermaking speed definite transverse cutting machine knife roller rotational speed and the knife edge line speed according to the corrugated paper, achieved accurate decides the long scissors goal. In the structure the NC spiral knife transverse cutting machine which controls by computer is simpler than the traditional mechanical type cutting machine, but it performanse much better than the mechanical type . After we comprehend the construction and principle of the modern Transverse cutting machine, we find out that there are some drawbacks of the modern Transverse cutting machine. In order to settle the drawbacks of the modern Transverse cutting machine, we depend on the type of the corrugated board production line technology and The knife roll of Transverse cutting machine ,after that, we design to improve the construction and principle of ransverse cutting machine again. TheTransverse cutting transmission structure and other methods to improve the usual vertical ransverse cutting machine, and we design a new the NC spiral knife transverse cutting machine. There are four innovating points in new designed machine. It is difference from the usual vertical milling machine. The first point is that The NC spiral knife transverse cutting machine uses the spot cutting-like way to cut paper. The second point is that Makes the gear clearance adjustment by H block. The third point is used non-key joint way adjustment knife roll and transmission gears circumferential phase. The fourth point is that Using computer control transverse cutting machine transmission.
