第 19卷 第 3期 2 0 0 5年 0 5月 湖 南 大 学 学 报 (社 会 科 学 版 ) Journal of Hunan University(Social Sciences) Vo1．19．No．3 May．2 0 0 5 从 文 化 翻 译 观 的 角 度 谈 影 视 翻 译 李 颜 (湖南大学 外国语学院，湖南 长沙 410082) [摘 要]运用文化翻译观的理论，从影视翻译的特点和原则出发，对影视翻译过程中应侧重的几个方面：如片 名的翻译，语言的提炼，文化因素的处理等问题进行探讨。指出译者应充分发挥其创造性，努力实现译文文本与原 文文本的文化功能等值。还指出译语文化是决定翻译的因素，成功译文应以译语读者为中心，注意信息传递的效 果，即读者的接受性。译语观众与原语观众心理接受反应和谐一致，是影视翻译最高标准。 [关键词]文化翻译观；影视翻译；接受性；功能等值 [中图分类号]H059 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1008D1763(2005)03~0081---04 On the Translation of Film Scripts and TV Drama Sc~：ipts from Cultural Translation Perspective LI Yan (College of Foreign Languages，Hunan University，Changsha 410082，China) Abstract：This paper attempts to discuss the translation of film scripts and TV drama scripts from cul- tural translation perspective and special requirements of the films and TV translation．The author focuses on the names．1anguages and the cultural factors of films and TV translation．It argues that translators should make positive use of their creativity in their attempt to achieve cultural function equivalence between target texts and source texts．It also points out that target culture is the essential factor in translation．Suc- cessful translation should be readers—oriented．The receptivity from target readers should be emphasized． Harmonious psychological reaction for target audience is always the ultimate criterion of films and TV translation． Key words：cultural translation studies；film and TV translation；receptivity cultural：function equivalence 一 引 言 电影、电视是以影像为主、声画结合的综合性艺术。在国 际文化交流日益频繁的今天，影视作品的文化传播功能不容 忽视。随着信息科技的迅猛发展，数字电视，多媒体已进入 了我们的生活，影视作品的创作进入了空前发展的新阶段。 尽管目前我国对进口影片仍有配额的限制，但国外影片特别 是美国影片的不断引进使中国观众欣赏外国影视作品的机 会也越来越多。然而，在我国能看懂影视原作的人，实在少 之又少，这使翻译的作用显得尤为重要。勿庸置疑，自建国 以来，尤其是改革开放以来，我国译制了一大批优秀的外国 影视作品，但同时，市面上也出现了大量粗制滥造的配音片、 字幕片，错译 、误译屡见不鲜。如将“French fries”译成“法国 小鱼”，将“make yourself at home”译成“使你 自己呆在家 里”，甚至将“l’m a fairy”译成令人费解的“我是玻璃”等等 之类的翻译错误比比皆是，已到了令人难以容忍的地步。 钱绍昌教授在 2002年 10月举行的“配音与字幕翻译国际会 议”上曾指出：“目前我国的影视翻译水平较低，没有受到应 有的重视，普遍存在翻译质量不高，报酬较低，版权意识淡薄 等问
