0引 言 早期对企业的认识是从完全竞争模型的角度， 认为 企业具有同质性[1]。 新古典经济学将企业假定为投入转化 为产出的一个“黑箱”，企业之间无成本的模仿，由于企业 异质性、技术核心能力与 高技术企业成长 曹 兴，陈 琦 （中南大学 商学院，长沙 410083 ） 摘要：从企业的异质性假设出发，分析了高技术企业成长的竞争行为，从技术核心能力视角对高技术企业的异质性进行了 深入分析，认为高技术企业核心知识和能力主要体现为技术核心能力，它具有价值性、非竞争性和难以模仿性特征，这些 特征导致高技术企业在经营活动，技术核心能力获取以及成本约束等方面，使得高技术企业的竞争优势得以持续。 在此基 础上，探讨了技术核心能力演进与高技术企业成长关系，分析了技术核心能力决定下的最优规模，以及技术核心能力演进 与高技术企业最优规模变迁。 由此认为，异质性是高技术企业成长中获取持续的超额利润和竞争优势的基础，技术核心能 力是高技术企业异质性的形成根源，高技术企业在成长中为了获得长期竞争优势，就必须构建自身独特的技术核心能力。 关键词：技术核心能力；异质性；高技术企业 中图分类号： F276．44 文献标志码： A 文章编号： 1002－0241(2009)04－0130－06 Heterogeneity, Technology Core Competence and Growth of High Technology Enterprise CAO Xing 1 ， CHEN Qi 2 (Business School, Central South University, Changsha 410083, China) Abstract: Based on the hypothesis of heterogeneity of enterprise, the paper analyzes the competition action of the growth and the heterogeneity of high technology enterprise at the angle of technology core competence． The paper considers that the core knowledge and competence of high technology enterprise is incarnated by technology core competence with the characters of value, non －competition and inimitable which makes high technology enterprise get sustainable competition advantage． The paper also probes into the relationship between the development of technology core competence and the growth of high technology enterprise, analyzes the best scales decided by technology core competence and the relationship between the development of technology core competence and the transition of the best scales of high technology enterprise． Therefore the paper considers heterogeneity is the source of sustainable excess profit and competition advantage of high technology enterprise and technology core competence is the source of heterogeneity of high technology enterprise． During the growth of high technology enterprise, in order to get sustainable competition advantage, the inimitable technology core competence should be constructed． Key words: technology core competence; hetero
