基于单片机的多路温度采集系统 摘要：本文以AT89C52单片机为核心，设计了一个多路温度采集系统。通过温度传感器对电阻炉内多点温度进行采集，将完成数据预处理后的数字信号按照顺序分别送入单片机或把指定的某路信号送入单片机，通过单片机进行控制操作。主机由AT89C52单片机、液晶显示、电源、报警单元、键盘和USB串口转换等模块组成。从机由TMP75数字温度传感器等组成，采集节点的实时温度值，响应主机请求发送温度数据，并编写方便与用户程序连接的 I2C软件包。温度在系统LCD1602上显示，同时通过USB串口转换（FT232RL）实时发送到电脑上，在上位机软件显示分析和保存。该系统测温范围为-40～+125℃，测量精度达到0.0625℃。本系统结构简单，操作方便，测量精度高，速度快，并具有报警及显示功能，是一个综合处理多路温度信息的测量系统。 关键词：单片机；多路温度采集；I2C总线；数字温度传感器 Multi-channel temperature gathering system based on microcontroller Abstract：A multi-channel temperature gathering system is designed based on AT89C52 microcontroller in this paper. Temperature sensors collect multi-point temperature inside the resistance furnace and the digital signals through data pre-processing are input into the microcontroller (MCU) accordance with the order respectively, or through a path specified into the microcontroller to control the operation. The host computer is consisted of modules such as AT89C52 single chip computer, LCD display, power, alarming element, keyboards and USB Serial conversion module and so on. And the b-device is consisted of TMP75 digital temperature sensors. It collects the real-time resistance furnace temperature and sends the temperature data to the host computers and programs the I2C software packages for the convenient connection with the user programs. Temperature can be shown on LCD1602 and also be sent to the computer to display and save through USB Serial conversion module (FT232RL). The temperature range is from - 40 ~ + 125 ℃ and the accuracy reaches 0.0625℃. This system is simple in structure, easy to operate with high accuracy and speed，and it has the function Of alarming and displaying, which makes it a temperature measuring system with multi-channel.
