I come from Yuhong Primary School .I am very glad to be standing here and talking about Unit 2 《Where is the science museum》,PEP Primary English Book 7. My teaching report includes five parts . The subject of this unit is about the places and asking roads. This lesson is the first period Part A Let’s learn. First, let me talk about the teaching material. We’ll learn six new words in this lesson of Part A in Unit2. They are: library、hospital、cinema、post office、bookstore、science museum. Make the students listen、say、 read and write the words:hospital, cinema, post office, bookstore. and the Ss can listen、say、and read the phrase:science museum. Make the students can change the key words and practice the drill in the real life freely :“Where is the library? It’s near the post office.” And act the talk with the partner. Teaching aims: 1.Can listen、say、read and write the words or phrases:hospital,cinema,post office,bookstore 2.Can listen、say、and read the phrase: science museum. 3.Can listen、say、and read the drill:“Where is the library? Its near the post office”. 4.Can change the key words and practice the drill freely. Teaching importance: 1.Master the four skills words and phrases. 2.Can ask the way with the drill in the real life freely: “Where is the library? It’s near the post office.” Teaching difficulties: Write the four skills words correctly and master the pronunciation of the phrase: science museum. Teaching ready: word cards and CAI Teaching steps: Step1. Warm-up 1.Greetings: T: Hello, boys and girls. Nice to meet you. Today, I go to school by bike. What about you? How do you go to school? (设计意图:通过简单的问候,拉近师生之间的感情,把学生的注意力集中到英语课堂中来。) 2. A game: Where is the ball?
