Use when there is lack information or incorrect information. Advantage — creates eagerness to help with the change. Disadvantage — consuming a lot of time. 13 2) Participation and involvement: Allows people to implement the changes. Use when there is important information to resist. Advantage — add information to change planning; builds commitment to change.
