PLC制动各种回路组合的液压进给系统 摘 要 为了充分发挥设备效能，迅速提升加工技术与精度，越来越多的企业每年投入大量资金和技术对传统老式组合机床进行技术改造，取得了良好的效果。用PLC模块、变频驱动技术、操作监控设备等组成电气数字控制系统，以实现编程输入、人机交互、自动化加工的控制方式，扩大加工能力，减少故障，提高效率，已成为企业进行技术改造的有效途径。 液压传动控制系统让液压缸实现自由进退动作，以便实现动力滑台的进给运动。PLC作为高可靠性和使用灵活性的工业自动控制装置，正大量地代替传统继电器―接触器控制系统。该系统可用PLC代替继电接触式控制，实现液压缸的自由进退。采用可编程控制器作为其控制系统，提高液压缸的自动化程度，保证了动力滑台有连续动作的高可靠性，使系统的通用性和灵活性达到了要求。本文主要描述了YT4543型组合机床运动状况及控制要求，对PLC控制设计及编程作了具体的阐述。 关键词：液压传动控制，组合机床，PLC PLC-LOOP COMBINATION OF A VARIETY OF BRAKE HYDRAULIC FEED SYSTEM ABSTRACT More and more financing and technology are plough into the tradition machine for exerting efficiency and prompting precision rapidly, acquire well impression. Hydraulic pressure Vat achieves free forward and backward movement by the hydraulic pressure drive control system.PLC is a new kind of advanced industrial automatic control device.PLC control systems are replacing the conventional relay―contact ones in large quantity because of its excellent reliability amt adaplability.In order to realize the forward movement of realize driving force sliding terrace.This system used PLC to instead of succeeding the electrical contact style and achieves fre forward and backward movement of hydraulic pressure vat.Applying PLC to serve as the control system ,it increases the automatic level,ensures the sliding terrace high reliability and meets the requirements of universality and flexibility.In this paper,the movement status and control requirement of the combined machine tool described.The article is to demonstrate the design of PLC control and the process of program in more detail.
