People on the poultry, meat products demand has increased dramatically. And livestock and poultry breeding sites away from downtown, so it needs to fresh livestock and poultry transportation to the designated place. So the market demand of livestock transporters bigger also. In order to can simultaneously transport poultry and medium-large animals, meet the needs of consumers and aquaculture, and those from the large scale enhancement transportation efficiency and reduce the transportation cost, reduce transit goods damage and poor, improve transport safety and reduce pollution of environmental protection into consideration, design and manufacture of special cars double livestock transporters become the development path is an important task. First analyzed the status and livestock transporters now deficiency, clear the double livestock transporters’ main advantage.On this basis, through the analysis of the overall scheme selection, the calculation of lifting mechanism of dynamicrigidity, the selection and design of hydraulic system, auxiliary devices selection and design of the vehicle and the performance analysis, use CAD software rendering the 2d graphics. Finally designed double livestock transporters can meet the technological reasonable, small batch easy processing, low cost, high reliability processing and use requirement.
