摘要 洗米机是一种粮食加工机械，用于洗米的装置。本设计的螺旋洗米机由电动机、水平螺旋轴、倾斜螺旋轴及与其相对应的减速器、机架等结构组成。米由进料口进入洗米机，经过螺旋轴的输送进行揉搓洗涤，水流与米流逆流流动，米中的漂浮杂质在此过程中漂浮，与洗涤的浊水一起从溢流口排出，达到洗米的目的。其结构简单，占地面积小，集搓米、洗米、除去漂浮杂质、砂石等为一体，用水量少洗涤效果好，是一种高效的连续洗米机，是食堂、大型饭店、快餐中心等较为理想的粮食洗涤机械。 本设计拟订了洗米机的总体结构方案，进行了运动和动力参数的计算；完成了水平螺旋轴、倾斜螺旋轴及与其相对应的减速器传动、机架等结构设计。 关键词：螺旋洗米机；减速器；水平螺旋轴；倾斜螺旋轴；机架 Abstract Rice washing machine is a kind of food processing machinery, for the rice washing device. The design of formulation of the rice washing machine the overall structure scheme, the movement and power parameters; completed the horizontal spiral shaft, inclined screw shaft and corresponding reducer, rack structure design Key words:Spiral rice washing machine;Retarder；Horizontal spiral shaft;Tilting screw shaft；Rack 第一章 前言 1.1洗米机设计目的及意义 洗米机是一种粮食加工机械，用于洗米的装置。为了适应食堂、大型饭店、快餐中心等的需要，因此设计了一种螺旋输送式连续洗米机，该机包括电动机、齿轮减速传动、机壳、进料口、出料口、螺旋推进器等结构。通过水的冲刷及沙石自身沉降达到清洗大米的目的。 在米深度加工中，洗米是第一道工序。在传统的加工中，洗米是手工劳动，不仅劳动强度大，而且效果差。螺旋式洗米机结构简单、占地面积小，集搓米、洗米、除去漂浮杂质、沙石等于一体，用水量少、洗涤效果好，大大降低了劳动强度。还具有水力输送作用，可以将洗净的米输送到设计位置，是一种高效的连续式洗米机械。适合于大米、玉米、小麦、豆类等颗粒粮食的洗涤及输送，还适用于米制品厂、豆类制品厂等的原料洗涤，也是食堂、大型饭店、快餐中心及酿造、豆类加工作业中较为理想的粮食洗涤机械。 1.2我国洗米行业发展概况 随着我国经济的迅速发展，国民生活水平的不断提高，在工业、农业及第三产业的发
