宜阳某企业年产7万吨甲醇生产废水处理工艺设计 摘 要 分析骏马化工甲醇废水的来源、特点、危害及该类废水处理工艺和应用现状；并以它为研究对象，选择采用预处理SBR”工艺处理甲醇生产废水。该工艺以碱性氯化和空气氧化预处理系统控制废水中有毒氰化物和硫化氢浓度，以SBR系统为核心处理工艺COD、氨氮等污染物的去除效果稳定，去除率约为90%，出水水质符合国家污水综合排放标准中的一级标准要求，是可行的甲醇生产废水处理工艺。由于甲醇生产废水BOD5/NH3-N较低，因此应甲醇投加置，既可以解决碳源不足的问题，又可使生产废料得到充分利用，提高了工程经济效益，同时需投加适量的，防止污泥膨胀现象的发生，保证系统运行效果。 关键词：SBR，预处理，碱性氯化法，甲醇废水英文题目 ABSTRACT Analysis steed chemical methanol wastewater source, characteristics, harm and the class of conventional wastewater treatment process and the application present situation; And take it as the research object, choose to adopt pretreatment-SBR process of methanol production wastewater treatment. Because methanol production wastewater of BOD5/ NH3-N is lower, so should establish methanol additive set, can solve the problem of insufficient carbon source, and can make full use of the waste production, enhance the economic benefits of the project, at the same time need to adding the right amount of ferric chloride, to prevent the phenomenon of sludge bulking, ensure system running effect.
