中文摘要 中药是我国的传统国粹，中药产业是我国医药产业的重要子行业，也是我国少数具有传统比较优势的产业领域之一。随着我国改革开放的不断深入，传统产业走向国际的步子越来越快，通过多方位融入国际经济大循环，积极参与国际市场竞争，既为国家提供了外贸收入，又大大提升了自身的未来国际竞争力。Traditional Chinese medicine is the quintessence in China, and Chinese industry is a major Chinese pharmaceutical industry in China and also a small number of traditional industrial areas with comparative advantage. Along with the deepening of reform and opening up, traditional industries increasingly quicken pace of internationalization. Through a multi-position following of international economy and actively participate in international market competition, the foreign trade income is provided, and the future international competitiveness can be fully advanced. In recent years, Chinas export trade of medicine has a sustained and stable development, but there are also existing a series of problems, so the development of Chinas medicine export is restricted. This article analyzes the current situation of Chinese exports in recent years, takes apart the factors that restricting our medicine enterprises for the development of the international market, brings forward the countermeasures to solve the problems existing in the development, so to urge industrialization, internationalization of Chinese medicine industry，and explores their prospect of development. Key Words: Chinese medicine industry, Internationalization, Export 引 言 中医药有着数千年的历史，是我国为数不多的拥有原创知识产权的产业，随着人们对于绿色保健品和天然药物社会需求的加大，我国中药产品越来越多地进入国际市场，但是迄今为止，我国尚无中成药产品进入西方国家主流医药市场2009年，中药出口额达到亿美元，创历史新高，同比增长，增速高出200年3个百分点。尽管仍有一些不利因素将对中药出口产生负面影响，但是，2010年国际上对中药的需求还将进一步扩大，随着我国应对危机促进出口扶植政策的逐步到位，预计2010年将是中药贸易的春天52129 2871 37.92 提取物 66000 52963 13037 44.8 保健品 8910 8718 192 6.1 中成药 16000 17070 -1070 11.18 总计 145910 130880 15030 100 数据来源：中国医药保健品进出口协会 按照出口商品形态和国际市场用途，中药材和植物提取物属于天然植物药原料，中成药可以归为天然植物药制品．而目前我国的中药出口以天然植物药原料为绝对主导，所占比例在80％以上，天然植物药制品的比例较小。提取物强劲增势成为拉动中药商品出口的主力技术/资金密集型产品植物提取物和中成药出口比例中的上升说明了我国中药出口产品结构也在逐步优化。2009年，我国医药产品在国际市场中的份额保持不变，亚洲、欧洲和北美洲三足鼎立的局面继续维持，共占据了91.4%的份额。其
