Usually the pH of those liquid is low because of the acid they contains, sometimes even less than one, this makes those liquid belong to strongly acidic dangerous pollutants. If through neutralization emissions treatment would need to consume large amounts of alkali, and the cost is higher. If we treat it through the comprehensive treatment and utilization technology, it will not only reduce the pollution to the environment, but still can make full use of resources, achieve the effect of saving energy and environmental protection. After the research of pickling wastewater treatment technology through domestic and abroad, we make classification, analysis and experimental research, to analysis and evaluate different concentrations of pickling wastewater in aspects of technology and economy, and finally put forward treatment and comprehensive utilization of the optimal scheme combined with the chemical composition of pickling liquid.
