Cross-cultural awareness developing reflected in the English teaching 跨文化意识在英语教学中的体现 [Abstract] As is known to all,the intercultural knowledge is different because of people’ cultural background. One mainly purpose of English teaching is to training the ability of using English to communicate. Communication skills learned language cannot reflect the cultural background knowledge. Therefore,English teaching is not only include language teaching but also contain culture teaching，especially developing of the cross-cultural awareness.What’s more,to enhance humanism diathesis is very important for English major students.As a English learner, strengthing cultural background knowledge and developing the cross-cultural awareness are really improve language understanding and expression ability,truly achieve the goal of teaching.This paper emphasizes on the importance of improving the awareness of cross-culture in the English teaching and the methods of improving the cross-cultural awareness.What’more,this article analyses the current situation of cross-cultural awareness among the English major students in our class.This paper includes five prts.The first part talk about the definition of the cross-cultural awareness.And the next part is a survey of whether the English students has the cross-cultural awareness or not.The third and fourth part are describe the awareness of cross-culture reflected in English teaching,and the methods of developing cultural awareness.Finally,we come to the conclusion. [摘要] 众所周知，跨文化交际的不同就是由于人们文化背景的不同。而英语教学的主要目的之一是要培养学生运用英语进行交际的能力,交际能力离不开所学语言所反映的文化背景。大学英语教学不仅仅是语言教学，更应该包括文化教学，特别是培养学生的跨文化意识。人文素质的提高，人文精神的培养对英语专业学生的教育尤为重要。作为英语学习者，加强文化背景知识和文化意识，是切实提高语言理解和表达能力，真正实现教学目的。本文重点描述了培养跨文化意识在英语教学中的重要性和培养学生跨文化交际的方法和途径。通过调查，对我们学校英语专业学生的跨文化意识的现状进行分析研究。这篇文章包括了五部分。第一部分主要讲述了跨文化交际的定义。第二部分则是对英语学习者是否具有跨文化意识的现状进行了调查研究分析。第三、四部分描述了跨文化意识在英语教学中的反映及一些提高跨文化意识的方法途径。最后就是本文的结论了。 Context [Abstract](in English) 2 [摘要]( in Chinese) 3 Introdution 4 Chapter One The definition of cro
