· 450· 北 京 大 学 学 报 ( 医 学 版 ) JOURNAL OF PEKING UNIVERSITY(HEALTH SCIENCES) Vo1．47 No．3 Jun．2015 · 论 著 · 隔声窗对北京市某临街住宅室内噪声的防控效果 郭 斌 ，黄 婧 ，郭新彪 (北京大学公共卫生学院劳动卫生与环境卫生学系，北京 100191) [摘 要]目的：测定北京市某临街住宅在安装隔声窗后室内噪声水平的变化情况，评价隔声窗对交通噪声的防控 效果。方法：使用声级计对该住宅两侧居室(北四环侧和校园侧)在关闭隔声窗状态下的室内噪声水平(LA衄)进行 测定，与同时测定的室外噪声水平进行对比，并且比较关闭和开启隔声窗时室内噪声水平的差异。结果：该住宅朝 向北四环室外的平均交通噪声水平大于70 dB(A)，超过我国《声环境质量标准》(GB 3096-2008)中的相关规定。 关闭隔声窗后，居室内噪声水平显著降低(P0．05)，平均值在 35 dB(A)以下，符合我国对室内噪声水平的规定标 准。隔声窗的关闭和开启状态对室内噪声水平有显著影响(P0．05)，与开启隔声窗时比较，关闭隔声窗时四环侧 和校园侧室内噪声分别降低18．8 dB(A)和8．3 dB(A)，说明安装隔声窗对临街住宅尤其是朝向交通干道侧居室内 的噪声水平有显著的降低效果。结论：隔声窗对临街住宅室内噪声有较好的防控效果。 [关键词]噪声，交通；隔声窗；临街住宅 [中图分类号]R126．9 [文献标志码]A [文章编号]1671—167X(2015)03-0450-05 doi：10．3969／j．issn．1671—167X．2015．03．015 Preventive efects of sound insulation windows on the indoor noise levels in a street residential building in Beijing GUO Bin ，HUANG Jing ，GUO Xin—biao (Department of Occupational and Environmental Health Sciences，Peking University School of Public Health，Beijing 100191，China) ABSTRACT 0bjective：Tb evaluate the preventive effects of sound insulation windows 0n traffic noise． Methods：Indoor noise levels of the residential rooms(on both the North 4 ring road side and the cam． pus side)with closed sound insulation windows were measured using the sound level meter，and compari． sons with the simultaneously measured outdoor noise levels were made．In addition．differences of indoor noise levels between rooms with closed sound insulation windows and open sound insulation windows were also compared．Resllts：The average outdoor noise levels of the North 4 ring road was higher than 7O dB(A)，which exceeded the limitation stated in the“Environmental Quality Standard for Noise”f GB 3096-20o8)in our country．However，with the sound insulation windows closed，the indoor noise levels reduced signifcantly to the level under 35 dB(A)(P0．05)。which complied with the indoor noise level standards in our country．The closed or open states of the sound insulation windows had significant ini
