The corresponding technological parameters can satisfy the demands of national codes by adopting reasonable construction technology and effect testing. Thus , the good social and economic benefits are gained. At the same time , specific suggestions are put forward for similar construction. Key words :sound insulation engineering ; sound insulation pad ; construction technology [收稿日期 ] 2008201202 [作者简介 ] 刘秋生 ,江苏省华建建设股份有限公司工程师 ,深 圳市西丽龙珠大道桃源村 702606 　518055 ,电话 ,E2 mail :szliuqiusheng @163. com 　　目前国内绝大多数建筑的楼面隔声效果差 ,人们 在生活、工作中经常受到其他楼层所产生的各种噪声 的干扰 ,严重的噪声干扰甚至导致种种纠纷和诉讼。 民用建筑应尽可能提高防噪和降噪功能 ,以满足人们 对享有宁静生活、工作空间和保护个人隐私的正常需 求。本文以深圳红树西岸工程隔音垫与现浇混凝土复 合隔声楼面应用为例 ,阐述楼面隔声系统施工技术。 1 　工程概况 红树西岸工程总占地面积 75 10118m2 ,总建筑面 积334 069168m2 ,建筑总高度 10517m ,其中地下室 2 层 , 建筑面积82 95916m2 ,为车库和设备用房 ,地上分为 3 栋各 31 层折线形住宅 , 其中 : 1 号楼建筑面积 82 900m 2 ,2 号楼建筑面积 86 405178m2 ,3 号楼建筑面 积81 804m2 。 工程楼面采用宽扁反梁结构体系 ,均采用隔音垫 与现浇混凝土复合隔声楼面作法 ,选用美国陶氏化学 公司采用突破性的 Rapid released 工艺生产的挤塑聚乙 烯( EPE) 泡沫卷材 Ethafoam 艾思 22E 5mm 厚隔音垫及 厚 20mm和 60mm挤塑聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料板 ( XPS) ,挤 塑聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料板上绑扎双向 4 @150 冷拔钢丝 网浇筑 C20 细石混凝土 40～60mm保护层 ,上部预留空 间作
