公司管理人力资源论文6雷沃卫浴有限公司绩效考核模式研究与创新_毕业设计
内容摘要
随着经济全球化的发展,中小企业正面临着日趋激烈的全方位的市场、资金、技术、知识和人才的竞争,但归根到底是人才的竞争,是人力资源综合素质的竞争。而绩效考核作为人力资源管理的核心和重要内容,对实现企业战略目标、提升企业核心竞争力发挥着重要的作用,已成为企业关注的焦点。本文对雷沃卫浴有限公司的绩效考核模式进行研究和创新,通过对公司原绩效体系存在问题的分析,运用绩效考核的基本理论,充分考虑了公司的实际情况和各方面因素,提出把纵向绩效指标与横向绩效指标相结合,以及把员工发展导向作为考核标准之一的全面考核管理,兼顾科学性与现实性、稳定性与开放性、继承性与创新性,成本与收益等,从而有针对性地设计出适合于公司绩效考核体系。

Abstract
With the development of economic globalization, small and medium enterprises encounter increasingly drastic competition, such as the competition of all-encompassing market, capital, technology, knowledge and talent ,these finally attribute to the competition of talents and the comprehensive quality of human resources. But as the essential content of the HRM, performance appraisal which has become the focal point of the enterprise is important to achieve the enterprise strategic target and promote core competitive power of enterprise. In this paper, research of the performance appraisal system about the Leiwo Sanitary Ware Co., Ltd, through the companys problems with the original system performance analysis, the use of performance appraisal of the basic theory, give full consideration to the companys actual situation and the various factors proposed vertical performance indicators and horizontal combination of performance indicators, as well as staff development-oriented one of the criteria for assessing the management of a comprehensive assessment, taking into account the scientific nature and the reality, stability and openness, inheritance and innovation, the costs and benefits, so there is designed specifically for performance appraisal system in the company.
