2013年5月30日 杭州城区苏宁配送中心选址问题研究 摘要 物流产业的出现和发展是社会主义市场经济的发展和社会分工深化的必然产物。在物流系统中，物流中心占有重要的地位，作为一个枢纽，起着承上启下的作用。作为物流网络结点的物流配送中心，密切与现代经济发展相适应，通过先进的管理技术和现代化信息网络，对商品采购、进货、储存、分拣、配送等业务进行了科学、统一、规范的管理，使商品运动过程达到了高效、协调和有序。然而物流配送中心的建设投资大、周期长、回收比较缓慢，且选定后就将长期运营。因此，要研究物流配送中心选址合理化，以确定最佳的做法来适合中国的物流配送中心选址，无论是新建，改建，扩建或租金，具有非常重要的现实意义。 本文从配送中心选址的基础理论入手，以杭州城区为研究对象采用定量方法—精确重心法和定性方法-层次分析法(AHP)相结合的方式建立了新的选址模型, 并明确物流配送中心选址规划过程中的原则、程序、目标及标准等，根据收集了相关的资料和数据,对模型进行了分析求解,并对选址结果进行了评价。本论文主要结论在于以下三方面：一是系统分析了杭州苏宁物流体系的现状。二是明确了选址的决策目标与标准，有助于政府与企业在物流配送中心选址过程中的科学规划与合理决策。三是建立了物流配送中心选址模型，为优化配送中心选址提供了一定的理论依据和实践思路。 关键词：物流配送中心；选址；苏宁；精确重心法；层次分析法 The research of hangzhou suning city distribution center location problem Abstract The emergence and development of the logistics industry is the inevitable outcome of the development of the socialist market economy and the deepening social division of labor. In the logistics system, logistics center occupies an important position as a hub, plays a connecting role. As a logistics and distribution center of logistics network node, closely adapted to the modern economic development, state-of-the-art technology and modern information network, procurement of goods, purchase, storage, sorting, distribution and other business science, unified, standardized management, so that goods movement process to achieve an efficient, coordinated and orderly. However, logistics and distribution center construction investment cycle is long, slow recovery, and selected after long-term operation.
