2010届毕业生 毕业论文 题目： 基于供应链管理的零售连锁企业物流配送模式研究 院系名称： 专业班级： 学生姓名： 学 号： 指导教师： 教师职称： 2014年5月28日 摘 要 随着苏宁、国美等大型家电连锁企业的出现，中国家电零售行业进入一个大工业化、标准化的规模化、高效化、低成本化的时代，家电连锁企业迅速发展是通过企业强大的物流配送体系支持起来的，配送能力的强弱直接决定着连锁企业经营成本的高低，影响企业赢利的能力。物流配送是实现连锁经营的关键环节，是家电连锁经营企业供应链管理的重点，是连锁企业核心竞争力的一个重要组成部分。本论文旨在对我国大型家电连锁企业和物流配送模式深入、细致的分析基础之上，探讨适合我国大型家电连锁企业的物流配送模式，提高大型家电连锁企业的物流配送效率。本文主要内容包括：对供应链管理的基本理论进行论述，提出了连锁经营相关理论，然后提出基于供应链管理的物流配送相关理论，并针对大型连锁家电企业物流理论进行综述，为论文研究提供理论基础；分析了我国家电连锁企业物流运作模式特点以及家电物流的发展现状，并对比研究了国外物流配送模式；对大型连锁家电零售企业的销售特点及其物流配送要求进行比较分析，提出家电连锁零售企业物流配送的三种基本模式，并对其三种模式进行比较，提出其各自的优劣势，以及存在的主要问题；采用案例分析的方法，对苏宁电器的供应链管理模式进行研究，并通过国内三家大型家电连锁企业物流配送模式比较分析其竞争优劣势，分析其物流管理在信息化的发展过程中存在的主要问题，对苏宁电器未来发展提出参考建议，也为我国家电连锁企业供应链管理模式提供有效参考。 关键词：家电连锁 供应链管理 物流配送模式 苏宁电器 Title Research on Retail Chain Enterprise Logistics Distribution Mode Based on Supply Chain Management Abstract With the emergence of large Chinese home appliance retail industry such as Suning, Gome the home appliance chain enterprises become into a large industrialization and standardization of scale, efficient, low-cost era, through strong logistics and distribution companies System which support the rapid development of home appliance chain enterprises, the delivery capacity of the strength of the chain directly determines the level of operating costs and affect corporate profitability.
