中职学生国际化素质培养策略研究 中文摘要 在经济全球化背景下，我们国家与世界各国的沟通合作愈发深入，但与此同时国际间潜在的竞争也越来越激烈。提升中职学生国际化素质不仅是国内外就业市场的要求，也是国家建设和社会发展的客观需要。本文立足中职国际化人才培养之视角，以浙江地区的6所中职学校为研究对象，通过文献分析、实地调研等方法分析出该地区中职学生国际化素质培养的基本现状，阐述其中存在的问题和引发这些问题的原因，再结合国内外先进经验，有针对性地提出了中职学生国际化素质培养的优化策略，以期为国内中职国际化人才培养事业积累一些有用经验。 具体来说，本文分三部分展开论述：第一部分在介绍本次研究的二大理论基础的同时回顾了国内国际化教育的发展起源与历史沿革；第二部分从培养目标设置、课程设计、国际交流、师资培养和管理体系设计等方面分析了中职学校在学生国际化素质培养中存在的问题及引发问题的原因；第三部分针对当前中职学校学生国际化素质培养中的不足，在结合相关理论并充分参考借鉴国内外先进经验和成功范例的条件下提出了中职生国际素质发展完善策略，即明确国际化培养目标、强化国际交流合作、推进国际化课程建设、构建国际化教师队伍、建立完善国际化活动管理体系。 关键词：职业教育；中职学生；国际化素质；培养策略 ABSTRACT Under the background of economic globalization, the communication and cooperation between our country and the world has become more and more deeply, but the competition is also more intense than before. Promoting the internationalization of the quality of vocational students is not only the requirements of the domestic and foreign employment market, but also the objective needs of national construction and social development. With The 6 vocational schools of Zhejiang as the research object, and literature analysis, field research as the research method, this paper pointed out the basic status of secondary vocational school students’ international quality, and expounds the existing problems and reasons, and then puts forward the optimization strategy for internationalization quality training of secondary vocational school students based on the domestic and foreign advanced experience.
