河北农业大学现代科技学院 本科毕业论文 题 目： 教育局OA—公文管理系统的设计与实现 摘 要 随着网络信息化高度发展，人类不仅仅追求做事的质量的提高，同时也在追求着效率的提高，传统的人工传播方式已不再满足需求。基于Web的办公系统显得越来越必要。拥有高速信息处理的计算机得到普及和推广得以实现了人类这一梦想。办公自动化管理系统的应用满足了企事业单位的办公网络化、自动化的管理需求，提高了企事业单位内部的管理水平。本系统正是为了满足这样的需求而设计开发的。程序在Visual Studio 2010平台下使用ASP.NET编程语言，数据库使用SQL SERVER 2008。整个系统具有友好的用户界面，操作简单实用。教育局OA系统中我主要负责公文管理部分的设计与实现，首先要实现动态性和交互性。所谓的动态性就是能动态更新内容，如更新 个人信息、公文信息、流转信息等。这要求与数据库有良好的连接；交互性则要求公 文的及时审批和归档。实现系统的安全性和可靠性，严格、周密的权限管理，确保系 统行为有序可控进行，避免非法用户进入破坏数据库信息。在实习期间，我对OA有了大概的了解，首先确定了自己需要实现的功能，然后分块一次设计和实现，公文收发等基本功能的设计与实现基本完成。 关键词： OA，办公自动化，公文管理， SQL SERVER  Abstract With highly developed network informatization, human not only to pursue the quality of the work, but also in the pursuit of efficiency, the traditional characters as the theme of the information dissemination way is no longer meet the demand.
