网络保险的法律风险及其防范对策研究 【内容摘要】 随着近几年互联网的日益普及与高速发展，网络保险越来越受到人们的关注，其面临的各种风险也随之而来。为此很多保民怀着隔岸观火的态度，静观其变。这在一定程度上阻碍了网络保险的发展。本文以互联网为背景，从网络保险的法律风险入手，分析了现阶段我国网络保险存在的问题，并探讨了相应的防范对策。 【关键词】 网络保险；法律风险；在线投保； 电子保单 【ABSTRACT】With the growing popularity and rapid development of the Internet in recent years, the network insurance has holdn more and more people’attention, and a variety of risks also come. Therefore many stand on the sideline watching, waiting and seeing, which to some extent, hinders the development of the network insurance. In this paper, on the basis of the Internet, author analyses the existing pro
