毕业设计说明书 GRADUATE DESIGN 设计题目：高炉运矿皮带拣铁装置控制系统设计 摘 要 文章介绍了一种以西门子PLC为软件基础设计的高炉运矿拣铁装置控制系统。PLC在工业自动化控制领域越来越受到重视，它的应用提高了机械装置控制系统的自动化水平和可靠性。高炉运矿皮带拣铁装置控制系统的硬件部分主要包括：金属探测器、行走小车机构、电磁吸盘、整流变压器、分离平台、除铁漏斗和金属机构支架。这套拣铁系统适用于拣出弱磁性物料中的铁件，在高炉运矿中应用，防止铁件撕裂皮带或造成设备的损坏，本装置的使用，能可靠的保护运输机，破碎机，研磨机等机械的设备的正常的运转。 当金属探测器检测到有铁信号时，PLC接收来铁信号，PLC通过不同电压来控制电磁吸盘的强磁，保磁、弱磁、去磁四种状态。通过限位开关对小车的位置监测，从而将废铁从皮带上检出。 本课题完成了高炉运矿皮带拣铁装置控制系统的硬件和软件部分的设计,模拟实现了PLC对高炉运矿皮带拣铁装置的自动控制。 关键词 高炉运矿拣铁；PLC；金属探测器；电磁吸盘 Abstract This paper introduces a kind of based on Siemens PLC for the software design of the blast furnace iron ore pick device control system.With more attention paid to the PLC in the field of industrial automation control, its application improves the automation level and reliability of the mechanical device control system.Pick iron blast furnace ore belt device control system hardware mainly includes: metal detectors, walk the car body, magnetic chuck, rectifier transformer, separation platform, in addition to iron funnel and institutions metal stents.The jian iron system applicable to pick out the weak magnetic material of iron, used in blast furnace ore, prevent iron torn belt or causes the damage of equipment, the use of this device, can protect the conveyor, crusher, grinding machine and other mechanical equipment normal operation.
