Contract Number: CON-VBOAMK080249 Page  PAGE 5 Service Agreement This Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is made and entered into on the 15th day of January, 2008 (the “Effective Date”) in Beijing, by and between: Volkswagen Beijing Office (hereinafter referred to as “Party A”), a representative office of Volkswagen AG registered and existing under the laws of the People’s Republic of China (“China”) with registered address at Building 2, No.3A Sanlitun Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing 100027, China; and 上海中葆护卫商务咨询有限公司Shanghai Zhongbao Security Business Consulting Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “Party B”), a limited liability company registered and existing under the laws of China with its registered address at上海市吴中路686弄3号金虹桥广场D座8楼 Floor 8, Building D, Lane 686, Wuzhong Road, Shanghai 201103, China.
