毕 业 设 计（论 文） 江苏光伏产业面临的困境和对策 专业年级 09级国际经济与贸易 学 号 姓 名 陈川 指导教师 姜** 评 阅 人 华** 2013 年 5 月 中国 南京 摘 要 太阳能光伏产业是极具发展潜力的新兴产业。随着传统能源价格持续高涨，世界各国纷纷将太阳能光伏产业作为重点发展对象。近十年来，我国光伏产业发展迅速，综合竞争力不断提高，形成了包括多晶硅生产、太阳能组件电池及组件制造、光伏系统安装和相关配套产业在内的较完整的太阳能光伏产业链，规模居全球第一。其中江苏省总产值接近全国光伏产值的2/3，整体发展环境良好，规模优势明显，在国际光伏业上占有重要地位。然而，随着经济危机欧元贬值以及欧美各国对我国光伏产品实施“双反”的双重打击，江苏光伏企业亏损严重，集体困顿，2013年3月江苏光伏龙头企业无锡尚德宣告破产重整更是给这曾经的朝阳产业蒙上了一层阴影。 本文运用国际贸易、企业跨国经营的相关理论，借鉴现有文献中关于江苏光伏产业的数据资料，对近年来江苏光伏产业发展状况进行了深入分析，总结出陷入困境的外部原因主要在于经济萧条、欧美“双反”、内需不足、融资不利以及政府补贴的削减，内部原因主要在于“两头在外”发展模式的弊端、企业创新能力不足和产能过剩导致的恶性竞争，并针对这些原因从政府和企业两个角度提出了改革光伏产业的政策和建议，帮助江苏省的光伏企业重拾信心，度过难关。 【关键词】：江苏光伏产业 困境 产业重整 Abstract Solar photovoltaic industry is of great potential for development of new industries. As traditional energy prices continue to rise, countries around the world will focus on the development of solar PV industry as a target. Over the past decade, Chinas PV industry has developed rapidly, and continuously improve the comprehensive competitiveness, including the formation of polysilicon production, cell and module manufacturing solar modules, photovoltaic system installation and related industries, including a more complete solar photovoltaic industry chain, the largest in the world first. Jiangsu Province, close to the national GDP which the PV value of 2/3 of the overall development environment is good, the scale advantages in the international photovoltaic industry occupies an important position.
