In order to improve the market competitiveness of enterprises, more and more companies are in the form of e-commerce online commodity trading. Build e-commerce site for their own development has become of great concern to enterprises at this stage. This thesis focuses on the system of e-commerce sites, e-commerce sites in the entire e-commerce system an important position, through the analysis of a large number of domestic and international mainstream e-commerce website, pick a representative online bookstore as a specific case,focus from profit model, security, and logistics and distribution analysis of foreign and domestic e-commerce website and find out the advantages and defects.After spoke highly of the great achievements made by China in the area of ??electronic commerce, as well as analysis of existing problems and development trends of Chinas e-commerce site, and corresponding countermeasures, to provide a reference for the development of Chinas e-commerce site for the problem.
