In order to make more secure and reliable working device, you need to design personnel in the design must be conducted by using a method of accurate calculation since sideboom safe and reliable. Large amount of calculation for ever, complicated and inaccurate traditional algorithm, the finite element analysis method provides a best choice for design personnel, the strength of the working equipment of later on sideboom verification becomes more convenient. This paper first sideboom three-dimensional model is established using UG, export sideboom 3 d model using hypermesh on sideboom work gear meshing, reoccupy ABAQUES carries on the finite element analysis, according to the calculation results to analyze the results.
