PAGE  PAGE 26 摘 要 枕式自动包装机主要用于用成卷的塑料薄膜对有形物品进行不同规格的多功能包装，是针对固型物的包装而设计的，适合于包装各类固态有规则的物体。在这里我们采用制袋—裹包—封口切断包装机械，它可以用来包装块状，带托盘的固体颗粒状等产品，其袋形为枕形。其主要包装工序包括供膜、供料、裹包、封口，切断等。 本课题由四人共同完成,我负责设计包装材料的供送部分。在薄膜的输送过程中要考虑到薄膜的张力调节和居中调节，压力辊和驱动辊快速离合等问题。针对这些问题，这次设计分别用压力调节摆动辊，带梯形螺纹的托辊套筒，偏心轮快速锁紧机构解决上述问题。并完成了薄膜的供送的方案拟定和部装设计，以及链轮、轴等零件的结构设计。另外这次设计还用到了UG，Solid Edge等软件对部件及零件进行了实体造型和三维设计，并导出了供膜装置和一些重要零件的三维图，二维图。 关键词: 枕式包装机 ；供膜；张力调节；薄膜居中调节 Abstract Automatic pillow packing machine is mainly used by the plastic film roll into tangible objects of different multi-functional packaging specifications. we designed a bag forming, wrapping and sealing machine here，it can be used to package bulk, granular solid with trays and other products, and its pocket for the pillow-shaped.
