辽宁工程技术大学应用技术学院毕业设计（论文）用纸 PAGE \* MERGEFORMATII 摘要 本设计主要研究了综采工作面采煤机、液压支架、刮板输送机的选型设计。综合机械化采煤是指完成落煤、装煤、运煤以及顶板支护等一系列机械化的总称。本设计中所研究的煤层为采高2.8米的中厚煤层，是较为常见的，所以选型较为容易，采煤机型号的选择主要根据煤层硬度、厚度、倾角等因素来选取，选型后还要计算采煤机的主要参数，采高、截深、生产力、牵引速度、牵引力、截割速度、装机功率。本设计中选用了MG160/375-W采煤机，本采煤机在我国使用较为普遍。在运输方面本设计选用了跟MG160/375-W配套SGB-764/320 型输送机，并对输送机的输送能力以及刮板链的强度进行了验算。在顶板支护中根据顶板的稳定性选用了支撑掩护式支架，架型需要根据采高、工作阻力等来确定，本设计中选用了ZY—6000/20/40型，也是使用较为普遍的一种架型。 关键词：综采工作面；选型设计；采煤机；刮板输送机；液压支架 Abstract The design of shearer, scraper conveyor, hydraulic support design.
