西南科技大学本科生毕业论文  PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT - 35 - Southwest university of science and technology 本科毕业设计（论文） 醇诱导下番茄果实的防御反应 学院名称生命科学与工程学院专业名称生物技术学生姓名学号指导教师 醇诱导下番茄果实的防御反应 摘要：本文以香叶醇和叶醇诱导的番茄果实为材料，通过测定果实多酚氧化酶活性和防御相关基因的表达，研究了醇诱导下番茄果实的防御反应。结果表明，香叶醇和叶醇诱导能够引起植物的防御性反应。与香叶醇相比，叶醇处理对果实的伤害作用更为明显，引发了更多的多酚氧化酶活性的提高。随着香叶醇或叶醇处理的时间延长，经过醇诱导果实中的CDI、PS及inhII基因的表达量越高; 而LOX基因属于早期基因，随着香叶醇或叶醇处理的时间延长， LOX基因的表达量越低。 关键词：多酚氧化酶；防御反应；信号途径；醇诱导 Defense-related response induced by alcohol application in tomato fruit Abstract: In this paper, polyphenol oxidase (PPO) activity and the expression of defense-related genes including CDI, PS, LOX and inhII were detected in tomato fruits that were treated with exogenous geraniol and 3- hexenol. The results showed that geraniol and 3- hexenol could trigger the defensive response in tomato fruits. Compared with geraniol, 3- hexenol treatment had obvious wounding effect on fruit, triggering more increased activities of polyphenol oxidase. With time extending of geraniol or 3- hexenol treatment, the expression of CDI, PS, and inhII gene induced by alcohol was higher, but since the LOX gene belongs to early expression gene, the expression of LOX induced by the alcohol was lower with geraniol or 3- hexenol treatment time prolonging.
