PAGE  云 南 交 通 职 业 技 术 学 院 毕 业 论 文 公路工程 施工现场管理 培养部门：土木工程系 专业：建筑工程管理 姓名：xxx 学号：2007xxxx 指导老师：施xx 职称:高级工程师 2010年5月 【摘? 要】 公路工程施工的现场管理是施工管理的核心，现场管理效果的好坏直接影响工程的质量、进度和效益。加强现场管理就是要在一定的时间和空间内有组织、有计划、有秩序地施工，以实现公路建设项目快速、优质、低耗施工的关键是进度和质量。对于进度，原则上按原施工组织计划执行，作为一个项目而言，现场情况千变万化，如材料供应，设计变更等所难免，绝对不能模式化，必须根据实际情况进行调整，安排。施工质量能否得于保证，最主要的是一定要严格按照相关的国家规范和有关标准的要求来完成每一工序，严禁偷工减料。必须贯彻执行“三检”制，即自检、专检、联检，通过层层的检查，验收后方允许进入下一道工序，从而确保整个工程的质量。 【关键词】 公路工程 施工 现场管理 质量管理 【Abstract】 Highway Construction site management is the core of construction management, site management effectiveness will affect the quality of the projects, progress and efficiency.
