上海工程技术大学毕业设计（论文） 别克君威前车门总成布置设计 PAGE  PAGE 81 各专业完整优秀毕业论文设计图纸 摘 要 对于汽车而言，车门是一个非常重要的部件。它不仅是提供乘员进出的总要重要通道，也是关系到整车造形的重要组成部分。我所设计的课题是针对别克君威的前车门进行总成布置。 车门可分为车门本体、车门附件两部分。车门本体包括车门内外板、加强板和窗框等，车门附件包括车门锁、铰链、限位器、玻璃、升降器、密封条等。车门的重要性不仅仅反应在他的整车造型上，更取决于附件的类型与功用。 在设计过程中，我需要了解车门的基本类型与结构，弄清里面装有哪些附件，这些附件的类型、作用和区别。然后进行测绘工作，将车门拆下，卸下其中的所有附件，测量车门的基本尺寸与外形尺寸，定出这些附件需要占据的空间与具体位置。之后对车门及其附件进行选型、安装布置，并研究车门内、外板的形状，以及孔洞的功用。最后运用UG进行三维建模，然后出图纸。 该课题所要达到的目的是：通过对车门及其附件的选型、材料、安装方法的选择，在保证性能前提下，降低制造成本，减轻质量，并便于维修。 关键词：车门，附件，类型，性能，布置 The Layout Design Assembly of BUICK Regal ABSTRACT For cars, the door is a very important component. It is not only providing access to the crew always important channel, as well as the vehicle to shape an important component. I designed the issue is against the former Buick Regal door for assembly layout. Doors can be divided into ontology door, door annex two parts. Ontology including door panels and outside doors, window frames and strengthen the board, including Annex car door locks, hinges, Stopper, glass, Lifter, sealed and so on. Door of the importance not only in his style of the vehicle, but also dependent on the type and annex function. In the design process, I need to understand the basic types of doors and structure, and to identify with those inside the annex, These types of accessories, role and distinction. Then mapping work, the door down, unloading all the annex, measuring door of the basic size and shape, These need to set the annex to occupy the space and specific location. After the door and its annexes selection, installation settings, and examine the door, the outer plate shape and pore function. Finally UG use 3D modeling, then out the drawings. The topics to achieve the following purposes : through the door and its annex to the selection, materials, installation methods, the choice guarantee the performance premise, lower manufacturing costs, and reduce the quality and ease of maintenance.
