PAGE  PAGE 4 探讨道路工程路面水稳层的施工与质量控制 　　摘要：随着我国现代社会建设进程不断加快，各地市政道路规模不断扩张，市政道路施工技术得到飞速发展。水泥稳定层本身结构稳定、受力合理，具有整体性、耐久性、稳定性及抗冻性等特性，可与道路路面完美结合，且对潮湿环境有较强的抵抗力，故而受到现代道路施工行业的青睐，被广泛应用于道路路基及路面基层中，以提高道路设施的使用性能和质量。但就水稳层实际施工而言，对施工工艺的要求较高，如在施工过程中存有施工材质或施工技术问题，则会对道路施工质量产生巨大的影响，甚至引发道路裂缝问题。笔者从道路水稳层结构入手，简述其施工流程，并重点就道路水稳层施工工艺注意要点及其质量控制措施，提出几点看法，以供此类工程施工及质量控制参考。 　　Abstract： With the development of modern society construction in China， the scale of municipal roads continues to expand， and municipal road construction technology has got rapid development. The cement stabilizing layer has the characteristics of stable structure， reasonable stress， integrity， durability， stability and frost resistance， etc.， which can be combined with the road surface， and has strong resistance to damp environment， therefore， it is favored by the modern road construction industry， and is widely used in road subgrade and pavement base， in order to improve the performance and quality of road. But in the actual construction of water stable layer， higher requirements on the construction process， such as construction materials or construction technical problems in the construction process， it will have a huge impact on the quality of road construction， road and even lead to the problem of cracks. Starting with the structure of road water stable layer， this paper briefly introduces its construction process， and puts forward some opinions on the key points of construction technology and quality control measures of road water stable layer， so as to provide reference for construction and quality control of this kind of project. 　　关键词：道路工程；路面水稳层；施工工艺；质量控制 　　Key words： road engineering；pavement water stability layer；construction technology；quality control 　　中图分类号：U416.2 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-4311（2016）30-0068-03 　　0 引言 　　水稳层作为现代道路施工建设常见路基形式之一，力学结构稳定，具有水稳性、稳定性、抗冻性等特性，在各地实际运行使用中表现优异。但影响道路水稳层工程施工质量的因素众多，施工材料、施工工艺、以及后期养护等工序存有问题，均会造成水稳层施工质量问题，从而影响道路设施的正常使用。因此，相关道路施工单位需对施工各个环节进行优化，控制施工材料质量、规范施工操作、提高施工水平，从而提高水稳层工程施工质量。
