It also contributes to the development of tourism. With the development of tourism in Hainan and the upgrading of transformation, the development of international traveling is becoming a tendency; moreover, the construction of international traveling island meets the marketing requirement. Tourism electronic commerce is presenting one kind of rapid developing tendency. In China, depending upon the full service，diverse styles of service and the extremely rich attractive value-added service, tourism electronic commerce is playing a more and more important and positive role in the traveling industry value chain links. After surveying and comparing? the disadvantages and advantages of different kinds of travel sites，the paper analysis of development and concludes the problems in the electronic travel sites .With the inductive analysis of the research findings of various documents and dates ,the paper comes up with corresponding viewpoints and suggestions ,aiming to offer references for the development of the tourism e-commerce in Hainan.
