Asstuning that the readjustment policy of land ∞ncesslon expense remains unchanged, it is found theoretically that there is a key point in both the policy and land ∞ncessíon tenure, and the key poínt has been verified via practícal data. Taking the key point as a reference, the validity of land policies can be actually proved. Under ∞ndítíons that the policy of land ∞ncession expense is readjustable and also uncertaín, the way to readjust the land ∞nc巳ssion policy is discussed on the basis of real options ín discrete state, th山 providing some suggestions for the validity of land policíes.
