双轴破碎机工作机构及传动系统的设计.doc

摘要 [键入文字] 摘 要 随着我国推行强国战略《中国制造2025》以来，很多企业无论在生产销售中还是在回收利用环节，都越来越讲究绿色发展，更加注重能效。本设计是针对废旧轮胎回收设计的一款破碎机，以减少橡胶资源的浪费，同时达到节能减排、绿色发展的目的。 在交通和物流发达的今天，废旧轮胎也渐渐成为另外一大污染源“黑色污染”。废旧轮胎在自然条件下难分解，而且人为处理不当还会造成严重的环境污染。本设计的废旧轮胎破碎机，通过双低耗电机提供动力，经过摆线针轮减速机降低转速、提高扭矩，然后通过锟轴上的刀具咬合，对废旧轮胎进行切碎。在和破碎煤炭的机器上有很大的区别。轮胎主要是由耐磨橡胶和稳型钢丝等组成，具有很大的伸缩性和很强的韧性，所以在锟式刀具结构设计中与前者有很大的不同。 设计的设旨是：绿色环保、节能高效、便捷紧凑。主要有以下几个特点：（1）生产耗材量少；是一款定位绿色回收的机器。(2)采用摆线针轮减速机，减少能量传递的交接次数，降低损耗；采用低耗双电机拖动，提供足够的动力对废旧轮胎进行撕裂。(3)机构简单、结构紧凑、零部件向国家标准靠拢，机器具有很高的可换性和稳定性。 目前，我国每年产生的废旧轮胎以8%-10%的速度递增。据统计，到2016年前，废旧轮胎的数量将会高达4亿条，但回收利用率低，不到西方发达国家的30%。这样不完善的回收制度造成了巨大的橡胶资源浪费。所以，在经济迅猛发展、汽车占有量不断攀升的今天，对废弃轮胎破碎的设计都具有很大的研究意义和价值。 关键词：锟式破碎机；废旧轮胎；回收利用；摆线针轮减速机；SolidWorksAbstract ABSTRACT With the implementation of our strategy of strengthening China Made in China 2025, since many companies both in the production and marketing sectors or in recycling, are more and more about green development, more emphasis on energy efficiency.
