河北某银行排队系统的改善探究报告
【摘要】 应用排队论理论对银行排队系统进行了统计调查与分析,从技术的角度
分析银行应该采取什么措施使顾客的等待时间最短;用系统仿真的方法来分析系
统,并找出存在问题,优化系统使银行效益达到最大。为银行管理者能合理地优
化系统、提高效率,提供了依据与可行的方法。
