毕业设计(论文) 黄骅市××小区8#楼施工组织设计 学 号：姓 名：李萍专 业：土木工程系 别：土木工程指导教师：闫丽梅工程师 二○一四年五月 PAGE  摘 要 本施工组织设计是针对博杰华城住宅小区8#号楼进行编制的，该施工组织设计作为规划和指导该工程施工准备到施工验收整个过程的综合性技术经济文件，在编制时，对工程质量目标、工期目标、项目管理机构设置、施工进度计划、施工机械、周转材料及设备、主要施工方法、文明施工、环境保护、安全施工等诸多因素做了充分的考虑。严格按照施工组织设计的编制原则，从施工全局出发，结合工程的实际情况，利用科学的组织管理方法，合理的组织安排各项资源，以期达到消耗少、工期短、质量高、造价低、保障生命财物安全的最优效果。 我们要注重理论联系实际，提高自己分析问题和解决问题的能力，培养沉着冷静、认真、吃苦耐劳的精神。通过本施工组织设计，使我们熟悉施工组织设计的流程，巩固所学的土木工程专业知识，深入了解施工过程的质量、安全、技术，为我们今后从事建筑行业奠定基础。 关键词：施工组织设计；施工方法；编制原则；土木工程 PAGE vii ABSTRACT The construction design is against Bo jie hua cheng residence community #8 for the formation of the floor. The construction design as a guide the planning and preparation for the construction of acceptance to the whole process of comprehensive technical and economic documents. In formation, the quality of the project objectives, period goals, project management institutions, the construction schedule, construction machinery, equipment and material flow, the main method of construction, labor organizations, safe and civilized construction, environmental protection and many other factors made full consideration. In strict accordance with the construction of the organizational design principle,construction from the overall interests, works with the actual situation, the use of scientific methods of organization and management, rational organization of the resources to meet the consumption of small, short construction period, high-quality, low cost of the most excellent results. We should pay attention to the theory with practice,improve ourself ability of analyze and solve problems, cultivate calm, serious exquisite,bears hardships and insists hard work sprit.
