PAGE  PAGE 17 南京林业大学 本科毕业设计（论文） 题 目：机电产品包装节材代木科技成果转化研究 学 院： 经济管理学院 专 业： 工商管理 学 号： 0653205 学生姓名： 何玲莉 指导教师： 苏世伟 职 称： 副教授 2010 年 6 月 6 日 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT I 摘要 在经济飞速发展的同时，减排、低碳的呼吁也更加强烈，在这种双重压力下，我国木材市场的供需矛盾也日益加剧。本文正是基于这一现实背景，在科技成果转化理论分析的基础上，理论联系实际，结合我国机电产品包装节材代木工作的发展现状，采用提出问题、分析问题、解决问题的研究方法，对机电产品包装的节材代木科技成果转化与推广应用进行了较为详细的研究和分析。 我国机电产品包装节材代木工作存在的主要问题表现在成本、技术以及标准化方面；其成果的转化应用受到协调机制缺失、市场机制不健全和支撑条件缺乏的困扰。因此，政府要通过完善产业政策、落实财税政策；行业协会要通过加强协调、加大宣传和建立质量评价体系；企业和科研院所应成立机电产品包装节材代木国家工程研究中心，来实现机电产品包装的节材代木科技成果的有效转化。 关键词：节材代木；机电产品包装；科技成果转化；层积材 ABSTRACT With the rapid economic development, emission reduction and low-carbon appeal to more attention. Under this dual pressure, the contradictory between supply and demand in wood-markets in our country is also intensified increasingly. This article is based on the background of this reality, the transformation theory in the scientific and technological basis of the analysis, theory with practice, combining mechanical and electrical products packaging and materials current development work on behalf of wood used to ask questions, analyze and solve the problem of research methods on the mechanical and electrical products and wood packaging technology and materials to promote the transformation and application of a more detailed study and analysis. Finally the questions we concluded in the article about the project “saving and replacing wood” in the mechanical and electrical products packing industry are as follows: the cost, the technology, and the standardization. The results of the conversion application by the lack of coordination mechanisms, the market mechanism is imperfect and troubled by the lack of supporting conditions.　Therefore, the government will improve the industrial policy, the implementation of fiscal policies; industry associations through the strengthening of coordination, increased advocacy and evalu
