PAGE  PAGE 6 利胆健脾中药对豚鼠胆囊收缩素受体（CCK-A）的影响 冯春霞1 李健1 常东2 王天星1 刘辉贤1 （1 深圳市中医院，2 深圳武警边防医院，广东深圳，518033） 目的：观察我院经验利胆健脾方-胆胃舒预防胆囊结石的作用，并探讨其作用机理。方法：将实验豚鼠分为3组：其中空白组30只：每天每只豚鼠喂养普通饲料40g；模型组30只：每天每只豚鼠喂养胆固醇诱石饲料40g；治疗组30只：每天每只豚鼠喂养胆固醇诱石饲料40g，同时给胆胃舒胶囊溶液灌胃2ml(含300mg胆胃舒)。2月后检查胆囊成石情况、胆囊收缩功能、及胆囊CCK-AR最大结合容量；结果：2月后各组胆囊结石情况：空白组成石3.33% (1/30)；模型组成石92.59%（25/27），治疗组10.71%（3/28）；2月后各组胆囊收缩功能：空白组为66.83%± 5.34%；模型组43.06%±4.27%；治疗组67.93%±6.82%；治疗组成石10.71%（3/28）。2月后各组胆囊CCK-AR最大结合容量：空白组62±15fmol/mg pro；模型组30±11 fmol/mg pro；治疗组58±12fmol/mg pro。结论：应用胆胃舒胶囊后，实验动物胆囊结石成石明显减少，说明胆胃舒胶囊具有减少胆石形成的作用，可能通过提高胆囊CCK-AR的表达，从而促进胆囊收缩，强化胆汁流动，防止胆囊结石的发生。 关键词: 胆结石 中医药/利胆健脾法 胆囊收缩素受体 Experimental study on influence of guinea pig CCK-A expression by Chinese herbs tonifying-spleen and excretion-bile Abstract: Objective: To explore the guinea pig CCK-A expression by Chinese herbs tonifying-spleen and excretion-bile . Method：The guinea pigs were divided into 3 groups: the blank group 30: every guinea pigs fed with normal forage 40g per day; model group 30, every day and every guinea pigs fed cholesterol stone inducing feed 40g; treatment group 30: every guinea pigs fed cholesterol stone inducing feed 40g, at the same time giving DanWeishu Capsule solution intragastric administration of 2ml (300mg containing bile Weishu) . Two-months later, the animals were sacrificed and sampled, the largest combining quantity of CCK-AR in gallbladder tissue was measured, and gallbladder contraction rate and the rates of gallstone formation in each group were observed. Results：The gallbladder stones: blank group stone 3.33% (1/30); model group stone 92.59% (25/27),treatment group 10.71%（3/28）; gallbladder contraction: blank group was 66.83% ± 5.34%; 43.06% ± 4.27% in model group; the treatment group 67.93% ± 6.82%; gallbladder CCK-AR maximal binding capacity: blank group 62 ± 15fmol/mg Pro; model group 30 ± 11 fmol/mg Pro; the treatment group 58 ± 12fmol/mg pro.
