Temperature in lobby must be comfortable. Lighting in lobby must be appropriate and comfortable. If smoking not permitted, clear signs must be posted indicating this. Adequate seating must be available in lobby. Reading materials must be available in lobby. Furniture/décor in lobby must be in good physical condition.
