纤维级配碎石的开发及路用性能研究? 周卫峰1,李彦伟1,苗乾2李源渊2张连营1 (1.天津大学 管理与经济学部,天津 300073;2.天津市市政工程研究院,天津 300074;) 摘 要:为提高级配碎石的路用性能,提出了在级配碎石中掺加纤维的思路。采用振动成型方法,以劈裂强度为标准,优化了纤维的种类、掺量及长度。采用自行开发的级配碎石剪切仪系统研究了纤维级配碎石抗剪强度的影响因素。研究结果表明:围压50KPa下,纤维级配碎石抗剪强度最大可提高2.6倍;含水量、压实度及粒径对抗剪强度影响显著;含水量增大,级配碎石抗剪强度减小;压实度越大,纤维级配碎石抗剪强度增大;小粒径纤维级配碎石抗剪强度大。车辙实验结果表明纤维的掺入显著提高了级配碎石的抗车辙能力。施工检测结果表明,研发的纤维分散均匀,纤维级配碎石路表弯沉小于普通级配碎石的路表弯沉,同时表明纤维级配碎石柔性路面可用于重载交通。 关键词:道路工程;级配碎石;纤维;抗剪强度;抗车辙能力 Development Of Fiber-graded Gravel And Performance Research ZHOU Wei-feng1,LI Yan-wei1,MIAO Qian2,LI Yuan-yuan2,ZHANG Lian-ying1 College of Management and Economics, Tianjin University ,Tianjin 300073,China; Tianjin Municipal Highway Engineering Research Institute, Tianjin 300074,China) Abstract: To improving the graded gravel road performance, proposed a new idea that adding fiber in graded gravel. Using vibration molding method, splitting strength as the standard, optimize the type, dosage and length of fiber. Using the self-developed graded gravel shear apparatus,systematically studied the influence factors of the fiber-graded gravel’s shear strength. The results showed: when the confining pressure is 50KPa, the fiber-graded gravel maximum shear strength can be increased by 2.6 times; water content, compaction and particle size has significant effects on the shear strength; water content increases, the shear strength decreases ; greater the degree of compaction, shear strength increases; small particle size fiber-graded gravel has big shear strength. Rutting test results show that the adding of fibers significantly improves graded gravel’s rutting resistance. Construction detection results show that the fibers self-developed uniformly dispersed, fiber-graded gravel surface deflection less than ordinary graded gravel road surface deflection,also shows that fiber-graded gravel flexible road can for heavy duty transportation use.
