CHINESE C0MMUNITY D0CT0RS 论著·临床论坛 血液透析低血压的常见原因及回顾性分析 杨静 刘国锋 程琳 462000河南省漯河医学高等专科学校第二附属医院 doi:10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.33.37 摘 要 目的：分析透析低血压产生的原因及防治方法。方法：2012 年血透病例 96 例及 2013 年血透病例 120 例，每 周透析 2～3 次，共行血透 19 200 次，低通量透析和高通量透析交替使用。对比两组低血压的发生率。结果：2012 年 血透病例 96 例低血压发生率 16%，2013 年血透病例 120 例低血压发生率 7%。结论：透析低血压是尿毒症维持性血液 透析的常见并发症之一，避免透析低血压关键是预防。 关键词 尿毒症；血液透析；低血压；预防 Retrospective analysis and common causes of low blood pressure in hemodialysis Yang Jing,Liu Guofeng,Cheng Lin The Second Hospital Affiliated to Luohe Medical College,Henan Province 462000 Abstract Objective:To analyze the causes and prevention methods of low blood pressure in hemodialysis.Methods:96 cases of hemodialysis in 2012 and 120 cases of hemodialysis in 2013 were enrolled, 2～3 times a week dialysis,and the total times of hemodialysis was 19 200,and the low flux dialysis and high flux dialysis used interchangeably.The incidence of low blood pressure was compared in the two groups.Results:The incidence of low blood pressure in 96 cases was 16% in 2012 and the incidence of low blood pressure in 120 cases was 7% in 2013.Conclusion:The low blood pressure is one of the most common complications of the persistent hemodialysis in uremia,and the prevention is the key to avoid low blood pressure in hemodialysis.
