The paper proposed “Four Integration” of intelligent operation monitoring and control, and proposed the “One center, two types of data, three-tier application” of integration analysis system. The paper proposed and implemented the “Four goals, five objects, seven analysis themes” of intelligent operation information system. All those accomplish intelligent operation foundation from macro to micro monitoring, from strategic to tactical floor, from the top to the bottom penetration, from one dimensionalto multidimensional analysis.
