For the capacity of boiler more than 35t use pulverized coal. The design of pulverized coal is naturally the most important thing. The design of 130t process, firstly some research were done to pulverized coal, secondly I read some books from abroad, at last I did the structural design , thermal calculation and calculation check of pulverized coal. During the calculation process, firstly I determined the general structure of boiler. Secondly I did supporting calculations to receive the temperature of the flue gas enthalpy table. Thirdly I did structural design, thermal calculation of furnace. Fourthly I did structural design, thermal calculation of the water wall and the sullage pipe. Fifthly I did structural design, thermal calculation of superheater. Sixthly I did structural design, thermal calculation of economizer and air preheater. Then I did the checking calculation, Finally I got a set design. As an important thermal power equipment, Pulverized coal is widely used in industry. We should pay more attention to its optimization.
