This construction organization plan is a guideline document designed for building1# Xingangmingyuan in Tanghai. When working out the plan, project outline, construction arrangement, construction preparation, project management organization, major sub-engineering construction schemes, winter rain construction measure, project quality guarantee measure, safe and civilized construction measure, construction site management measure etc. should be taken into consideration. It should stress science, specificity and safety of the construction organization design, and ensure to complete all the construction task with superiority, rapidity, civilization, and safety.
