内蒙古科技大学毕业设计说明书 PAGE  PAGE 202  PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT I (此文档为word格式，下载后您可任意编辑修改！) 内蒙古科技大学 本科生毕业设计说明书（毕业论文） 题 目：呼市药业有限责任公司 药品仓库 摘 要 本设计以呼和浩特市药业有限责任公司药品仓库为例阐明了框架结构设计的一般过程，以单体结构的设计阐述了框架结构设计的步骤，通过这些设计，使零散的理论知识系统化，同时还掌握了结构设计的内容，为日后就业奠定了扎实的基础。 建筑设计以安全、适用、经济、美观为总体设计要求，建筑平面简洁、明快、体现时代特征，结构方案合理，体系选择得当、技术先进、便于施工，装饰简洁、适用、经济。功能综合，分仓库区和办公区，采用大开间的形式为使用者设计一定的空间作为分割功能区之用。 本设计主要进行了结构方案中横向框架⑤轴框架的抗震设计。在确定框架布局之后，先进行了荷载代表值的计算,接着利用顶点位移法计算出自震周期，然后根据底部剪力法计算水平地震荷载作用，求出在水平荷载作用下的结构内力（弯矩、剪力、轴力和位移）。然后计算竖向荷载（恒载及活荷载）作用下的结构内力，找出最不利的一组或几组内力组合。 然后选取最安全的结果验算构件截面并绘施工图。 关键词：多高层建筑、框架结构设计、抗震设计 Abstract This design design general process, elaborated by the monomer structure design the portal frame construction design step, through these designs, causes the scattered theory knowledge systematization, meanwhile content, for will get employed in the future .
