Supported by: 「光影 ? 理情」攝影比賽 PolyPassion Photo Contest Entry Form Important Notes: 1. The contest is open to all students, staff and alumni of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University or its forerunners, including Hong Kong Polytechnic, Hong Kong Technical College, Government Trade School or its constituent units. 2. Each photo should be sent together with an entry form via email to the following at or before 12:00noon Hong Kong time on 14 October 2016: Mobile Phone – PolyU People: mobile1@.hk Camera – PolyU People: camera1@.hk Mobile Phone – PolyU Scenery: mobile2@.hk Camera – PolyU Scenery: camera2@.hk 3. Format of photos: Image Format: JPEG Mobile Phone Category Camera Category Minimum image size 8 megapixel Maximum file size 10MB 15MB 4. Photos must have been taken by the entrant on or after 1 January 2016. 5. Each entrant can submit a maximum of 3 photos in each category. 6. Shortlisted entrants will be required to submit the original file, with minimum size of 2490x3510 pixels (Mobile Phone Category) or 3510x4950 pixels (Camera Category) and in 300 PPI with metadata of their photos, upon request. 7. Confirmation emails will be sent to successful entrants. 8. Please set the file name of the photo in specific format: [Category-NameofEntrant-PhotoNumber.jpeg e.g. MobilePeople-ChanTaiMan-1.jpeg] A) Category: (Please ? as appropriate) Title of Photo File name (pls. refer to important notes no. 8)
