- 23 - 《按摩与康复医学》2015年第6卷第5期 Chinese Manipulation Rehabilitation Medicine,2015,Vol.6No.5 辽宁瓦房店地区类风湿性关节炎中医证候各分型比例初步探讨 刘晓丽 （瓦房店市中心医院，辽宁 瓦房店 116300） [摘 要] 目的：初步探讨辽宁省瓦房店地区类风湿性关节炎的中医证候分型比例。方法：收取 2013 年 12 月~2014 年 11 月到 我院就诊的类风湿性关节炎患者 115 例，对其进行辨证分型，观察中医证候各分型的比例，并探讨各分型与年龄、性别、病程、 实验室检测指标（类风湿因子、血沉、C 反应蛋白、抗环瓜酸肽抗体）的分布规律。结果：不同中医证候类风湿性关节炎患者在 年龄、病程上均存在显著性差异（P0.01），而在性别与实验室检测指标上无显著性差异（P0.05）。结论：风寒湿阻、风湿热郁 型常见于年龄较轻患者，且病程多较短；痰瘀互结、肝肾亏虚分型常见于年龄较高患者，且病程多较长，实验室检测指标和性别 在证候分型上无明显差异。 [关键词] 类风湿性关节炎；中医证候；辨证论治；分布规律；瓦房店 [中图分类号] R684.3 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1008-1879(2015)05-0023-02 Preliminary Study on Each Types Proportion of Chinese Medicine Syndromes of Rheumatoid Arthritis in Wafangdian Liaoning LIU Xiao-li (Wafangdian Central Hospital, Wafangdian, Liaoning 116300) Abstract Objective: To preliminarily study each types proportion of Chinese Medicine Syndromes of rheumatoid arthritis in Wafangdian Liaoning. Methods: From December 2013 to November 2014, 115 patients with rheumatoid arthritis in our hospital were divided by syndrome differentiation, proportion of Chinese Medicine syndromes and distribution rule between each type and age, gender, course of disease, detection index of laboratory (rheumatoid factor, blood sedimentation, C reactive protein, anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody) were explored. Results: Different Chinese med- icine syndromes of patients with rheumatoid arthritis have significant differences in age, course of the disease (P0.01), while without significant dif- ference in gender and detection index of laboratory (P0.05)
