Welding fixture, accurate and reliable positioning and clamping can reduce or even abolish the cutting and marking work. Reduce product size deviation, improved accur -acy and parts interchangeability. Since the clamping force weldment can be given in advance or reverse deformation in the fixture, they are able to control or eliminate welding deformation. Since the clamping flange alignment during welding time-consuming, difficult to ensure accuracy, resulting in low productivity. To solve this problem, in order to facili- tate the task of clamping flange design as a starting point a compact, high positioning accuracy, easy clamping, high efficiency welding flanges special fixture.
